Cassette From My Ex is a brand new anthology of people writing about mixtapes they received. For those of you who don’t know, mixtapes were these plastic things that you put in walkm…sigh…never mind.
I interview the book’s editor, Jason Bitner, in OBSOLETE’s section on mixes about his site, cassettefrommyex.com. (Yes, there was a site before the book; OBSOLETE was a book before it was a site. Just wanted to clear that up as there’s been some confusion. Sites are on computers, books are on pap…sigh…never mind.)
