My friends Dan and Melissa just sent me this shot of OBSOLETE at the San Francisco bookstore The Booksmith. I guess this qualifies as the book pictured with other obsolete objects: other books. I especially like this photo, however, because the book is featured with the Wacky Packages Collectors Book. And guess whose dad may or may not have drawn some of the Wacky Packages? Unfortunately, I’ve been sworn to secrecy. Cough cough.
