I like this piece by Caitlin Kelly in True/Slant today. Indeed, there’s a section in obsolete about how we no longer eat like we used to. Every bite represents some kind of battle with weight or morals or government or wallets.

Kelly also has a piece up today about all the people being fired at the Times. Merry Christmas! I relate to all she says about freelancing for them these days. But it’s a bummer of a post. Makes me want to go eat.
